Walkerly may collect information you provide directly, including your email address, account credentials, profile details, dog profiles, photos, hazard reports, meetup information, messages, support requests, and other content you submit through the service.

Walkerly may also collect technical and usage information such as device details, app version, authentication events, location information while the app is in use, logs, diagnostics, and interaction data needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.

How we use information

We use information to create and manage accounts, authenticate users, deliver service features, show nearby content, support messaging and meetups, provide customer support, monitor reliability, investigate misuse, and improve Walkerly over time.

Sharing and service providers

Walkerly may share information with service providers that help operate the service, including hosting, database, storage, authentication, analytics, support, communications, mapping, and infrastructure vendors. Location data

If you allow location permissions, Walkerly may use foreground location data to center maps, show nearby hazards, improve route context, and support location-aware features. You can manage location permissions in your device settings.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate Walkerly, maintain records, investigate misuse, support backups, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal obligations. We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, but no system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may update account information in the app, manage device permissions, and contact support about account-related requests. If you delete your account, some information may remain in backups, logs, abuse-prevention systems, or records we are required or permitted to retain.
